"Good quality overall, just one small packaging thing"
I ordered from serremo.com recently, i was happy with how everything turned out. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, because sometimes products look nicer online than they do in person, but the quality was actually good. The material feels nice to the touch and definitely doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel I was half expecting.
The item looked mostly like the photos on the site, which I appreciated, and the finish was clean with no weird marks or rough edges that I noticed. I’ve already used it a few times now, and so far it’s holding up well and still looks pretty much the same as when I first got it, so that’s always a good sign.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the packaging was a little basic. Nothing was damaged or anything like that, so it’s not a huge complaint, but it just didn’t feel quite as polished as the product itself. Overall though, the item was good, and I’d probably buy from them again.

"They got back to me eventually"
It took a bit longer than I expected to hear back from support, which was kind of frustrating at first, but once they finally replied they were helpful and got me what I needed so overall it worked out.

"Return was fine, just wish the refund was quicker"
The return itself went okay, and I did get my refund in the end, so that was a relief. It just took longer than I expected, and I found myself checking a few times to make sure everything was still on track. A little more reassurance or updates along the way would’ve made the process feel better.

I really wanted to like this, but the fabric feels super thin and rough against my skin, like the kind of material that looks okay at first but the second you put it on you can tell it’s cheap and scratchy and not something I’d want to wear for more than a few minutes

I got my order from serremo.com and the packaging was just kind of average. It’s hard to describe, but it didn’t feel super secure when I opened it. The box had a dent on one side, though thankfully the item inside was fine. I do think it could’ve used a bit more padding because it felt like it was moving around in there. Not awful or anything, just not especially great. The shipping label and details were clear, so no issues there.

"It didn’t really look like the photos"
I ordered from serremo.com, though I can’t remember if it was last week or the week before because the delivery timeline felt a bit jumbled. Either way, when it showed up, the style looked different from the photos online. The fit wasn’t what I expected and the little details didn’t match the pictures much either. It also felt kind of cheap in person, which was disappointing.

At first glance, I thought the photos looked accurate, but once I got the item, the color was a little brighter on the site than in person. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just one of those quick “huh, that’s not exactly the same” moments. Quality was fine overall, so I’d call it an average experience.

I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but the site just felt a little off to me. Maybe it was the way some of the information was presented, or just the overall vibe, but I didn’t feel fully comfortable trusting it. I usually try to give websites a fair chance, but in this case I kept second-guessing whether it was legitimate, so I ended up not wanting to use it.

"Shipping was fast, once tracking finally kicked in"
I ordered from serremo.com the shipping got here quicker than I thought it would. The package showed up in good condition, and I did get updates along the way. My only annoyance was that the tracking took a bit to actually show anything, which had me checking it more than I’d like. It wasn’t overnight shipping or anything, but it was still quick overall. Giving it 4 stars for that little delay with the tracking

"Apparently buying things online is still a puzzle"
The site was kind of a pain to use. Pages took their sweet time loading, and finding basic stuff felt way harder than it needed to be. Checkout was confusing too, which is always fun when you're just trying to give a company your money. Overall, not the smoothest experience.

I tried to exchange my order, the whole thing was more stressful than it should’ve been. The replies took a long time, and when they did come through, they weren’t very clear, so I never really knew what was happening next. After dealing with that experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Frustrating checkout experience"
I was already in a bit of an impatient mood when I tried to pay on serremo.com, and the checkout just made it worse. It kept freezing, then my card got declined twice even though it works fine everywhere else. After about 20 minutes of trying, I gave up. Really annoying experience
